Sandra also known as Bean is the marketing chef of our company. She adds the color(ful) words and flavor (passion) to all we do in written form. Her passion is creating with words and her excitement comes from expressing the beauty and uniqueness of our signature line through the written word.

Debbie Smith and Sandra Wharton met their last semester of culinary arts school; realized that together they were a uniquely gifted combination; and formed Vanilla Bean, LLC. Their company name, Vanilla Bean, is an expression of who they are personally and professionally.

Debbie also known as Vanilla is our company’s creative chef. She has a passion for taking the ordinary and creating something uniquely different. Our signature line of pastry products was birthed from her vision and artistic flare of transforming the traditional into something exceptional.
