The most common way we all know is having the relaxing time, especially sleeping time with the combo of mattress and pillow. They can make our body not only comfortable but also not be painful because of wrong sleeping position. Of course, we must check this pillow as well as this mattress carefully to get the best result when using them without having a headache, a neck pain or a backache.

However, in this writing, I will show you another way to reduce stresses – using food. This way can help you not only relax but also get useful nutrients for your body. Here is the list of food which can help you reduce stresses and get more energy to continue your work effectively.

  1. Licorice

Licorice is a kind of herbal medicine helping you to reduce the tiredness and stresses by maintaining a suitable amount of cortisol in the body. Thanks to this, you can be mentally stable and feel more pleasant after hard working hours.

  1. Garlic

The garlic is antibacterial and antifungal, which helps to detoxify and balance the glucose in the blood. Therefore, this will help to reduce stresses effectively. It is not difficult to add more garlic into our diet, isn’t it?

  1. Spinach

You can use spinach to make soup every day because it provides a lot of magnesium. This will help to limit the tiredness and headache effectively.

Another kind of vegetable that can help you to reduce stresses is the asparagus. It is because it contains a large amount of acid folic and vitamin B, which are very necessary to create serotonin – the substance that can influence positively in your feelings.

You should also maintain your butter eating habit reasonably. It is because the butter contains a lot of monounsaturated fat and potassium, which help to lower the blood pressure and stresses.

  1. Black chocolate

A piece of black chocolate after several hard working hours will be a great medicine helping you to reduce tiredness as well as make you stronger and more excited easily and quickly.

When people are in the tired and stressful status, they are easy to lack water. Therefore, we should provide enough water to the body to resistant the factors causing tiredness.

Besides, the vegetable always is the main source which supplies the fiber and vitamin to the body when we are stressful or exhausted.
In conclusion, there are a lot of ways which can help us to reduce stresses and get the strength actually. However, the most important thing we have to concern first is the combination between the working and relaxing appropriately. Besides, the nutritious and healthy diet also needs to be concerned particularly. From that, you can have enough energy to work and your body can be stronger and stronger.
